We are a bakery and a social enterprise. Our goal is to create one of the worlds’ great bakeries. Our mission is to use the bakery to help the vulnerable and poor communities in Colombia. Our name, Nía, honors the majestic Serranías of Colombia, and pays tribute to the communities that safeguard these lands.
Guided by chef Talia Richard, the talent behind the acclaimed Hart Bakery in Denmark, our commitment is to showcase the unique fruits and produce of Colombia to an international audience. Colombia’s fruits are presented through the exquisite desserts, fruit-infused bakery, and cocktails inspired by Colombia's exotic fruits.
