BOOKING POLICY

1. Reservations are accepted only Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

2. We only accept reservations made through our booking engine or via WhatsApp.

3. Reservations received via WhatsApp must be confirmed by our staff to be valid.

4. During peak season, the restaurant will disable the booking platform and will not accept reservations through any channel.

5. The waiting time for reservations will be a maximum of 15 minutes.

6. After this courtesy waiting period, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and the table will be released for customers on the waiting list or walk-ins.

7. Reservations for 12 people or more must include a deposit, the amount of which will be determined by management to guarantee the reservation.

8. Decorations for events or reservations must be approved in advance by the establishment.
