At Nía Bakery, Coffee & Cocktails, Colombia’s biodiversity is expressed through pâtisserie, coffee and cocktails.
Our creations combine technique, creativity and Colombian ingredients. We work with the country’s fruits, aromas and flavours, reinterpreting them through a contemporary lens and bringing them into new forms of expression.
The name Nía pays tribute to the mountain ranges and landscapes that make Colombia one of the most biodiverse countries in the world. We want each visit to be a way of discovering that diversity through flavour.
Under the direction of Talia Richard, Creative Director of Hart Bageri in Copenhagen, Nía develops an approach where fine pâtisserie meets the Colombian territory to create something unique, precise and deeply rooted in place.
