A<\/span>ntes de abrir, este espacio era una notar\u00eda. Antes de eso, fue la casa de alguien. Se sent\u00eda en las paredes \u2014 o mejor dicho, no se sent\u00eda, porque llevaban d\u00e9cadas cubiertas.<\/p>\n

Cuando los arquitectos Mar\u00eda Adelaida Herrera y Miguel Le\u00f3n de Crearq<\/a> comenzaron a intervenir el espacio, no dise\u00f1aron encima de lo que hab\u00eda. Pelaron: drywall, divisiones, estantes \u2014 capa por capa \u2014 hasta que la casa original se revel\u00f3. Techos a dos aguas con tejas de barro. Arcos de piedra y ladrillo artesanal.<\/p>\n

\u201cDesde el principio, la agencia de branding de Nia nos habl\u00f3 de descubrir la belleza de lo desconocido, y eso fue exactamente lo que hicimos.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fucsia y magenta que evocan la granada. Sof\u00e1s en media luna que reproducen el corte de una frambuesa.<\/p>\n

Pensamos en eso cada vez que emplatamos una tarta de lulo<\/a>. El espacio y la comida cuentan la misma historia.<\/p>\n
